    When you create a child profile in our Services, we collect the following information about your child with your consent as their parent or legal guardian:

  • Physical measurements (height, weight, waist, chest, sleeve length, foot length, and foot width)
  • Current clothing sizes across different brands
  • Growth tracking data over time
  • Child's name or nickname (optional, for profile identification)
  • Photos of clothing items for wardrobe management (compressed and stored as thumbnails)
  • Wardrobe item details (brand, size, color, type, pattern)
  • Photos of clothing size tags (processed and immediately deleted - not stored)
  • This information is collected solely to provide personalized clothing size recommendations and wardrobe management features and is subject to additional protections under COPPA.

    Guest User Data

    When you use our Services without creating an account (as a guest), you may provide measurements to receive clothing size recommendations. Guest data is not stored on our servers and exists only during your active session.

    Information Automatically Collected

    We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services, including device and usage information, IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, and other technical information.

On our website (tryoutgrow.com), we use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. In our mobile application, we use PostHog for analytics, configured in compliance with COPPA.

    6. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

    Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Google or Apple logins).

    7. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

    Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

    8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

    We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice. For children's information, we retain data for as long as your account remains active. When you delete a child's profile or your account, the information is deleted within 30 days and backup copies within 90 days.

    We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures. All children's data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

    10. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

    Our Services are not directed to children under 18, and children under 13 are not permitted to create accounts independently. However, our Services allow parents to create profiles for their children to receive clothing size recommendations.

    By creating an account and adding a child profile, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, you are the parent or legal guardian of the child, and you consent to our collection and use of your child's information.

  • D. Fit Feedback Data Collection

    When you provide fit feedback, we collect anonymized data to improve our size recommendation algorithms. For users 1,001-10,000, providing 20 unique fit feedback entries earns permanent free access.

    E. Profile Sharing Feature

    You can share your child's profile with other users through sharing codes. You control access levels and can revoke access at any time.

    In some regions (EEA, UK, Switzerland, Canada), you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection to processing.

    13. DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

    We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.

    14. US RESIDENTS' PRIVACY RIGHTS

    Depending on your state, you may have specific rights regarding access to your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by state privacy laws.
